Description
"Uncle Beazley" is an 11-foot-long fiberglass model of a triceratops, weighing approximately 200 pounds, created in the mid-1960s by the Louis Paul Jonas Studios of Hudson, NY.

This model was produced for a television show called the Enormous Egg in 1979. After production, it was donated to the Berkshire Museum where it was regularly on view from 1980 through 2014.

Uncle Beazley was then loaned to the Berkshire Athenaeum and was on display in a courtyard adjacent to the children's section o the library for several years before the EcoTarium adopted him.
